Each tree you invest in begins at ₹2,000 (Year 1), with an additional ₹250 per year in maintenance for 14 years — totaling ₹5,500 per tree.

The projected return assumes 25% compound annual growth (CAGR), calculated as:

Value = 2,000 × (1 + 0.25)¹⁵ ≈ ₹84,000

This reflects both the biological value appreciation of the tree (heartwood growth, sandal oil yield, timber maturity) and the market price increase over the 15-year period.
